Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be arranged on the next working day.

We do not ship on weekends and official holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days to most US domestic addresses.
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days for faster delivery (extra shipping fee applies).

    Delivery timeline is estimated and may be delayed due to bad weather, courier backlog or remote location.

3. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is available for orders over

$100.

Orders below $100 will charge a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track shipment status anytime via our website or courier official site.

5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned to us due to invalid address, recipient refusal or missing pickup, the customer is responsible for reshipping cost.

6. Remote Area Surcharge

Some remote ZIP codes may incur an extra remote delivery fee, which will be notified before shipment.
